SHIPPING & RETURNS

Order are processed and shipped within 5 business days, Monday-Friday. During new collection launches please allow up to 10 business days.

Need your order to ship ASAP? Add RUSH MY ORDER to your cart and your order will jump to the top of the shipping queue. We also suggest you select 2 day shipping during checkout.

Items purchased online are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of delivery. Delivery date will be based on tracking, once your tracking says delivered, count up to 10 days after. Please email customer service or fill out the website form to get detailed return instructions. Please note: customers will be responsible for all additional return shipping charges.

Returned/exchanged items must be in original condition, unworn with original packaging and tags. Free of smells stains this includes perfumes, deodorant, smoke etc.

Once we receive your return please allow us up to 3 business days to inspect. You will receive an email with a return notification to your original payment method.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order tracks as delivered but is not received, check around your mailbox, front door, back door, or with neighbors / other household members. Once you have done this and you still are missing your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues first.
